A founder reads every inquiry within one business day. If we're a plausible fit, you'll get a reply with two or three calendar holds for a 30-minute discovery call. If we're not, we'll tell you within the same window — and where possible, name someone who is.
No. The call exists for us both to figure out if there's a fit. We ask diagnostic questions about your business, your current site, and what you're trying to change. You leave with a candid assessment — even if the assessment is "you don't need an agency, here's what to do yourself."
Foundation projects typically kick off 2–4 weeks after the discovery call, depending on calendar. Enterprise engagements often start sooner because the scoping phase is more structured. If you have a hard launch date, mention it in your inquiry.
